Outco Inc. offers a leading online program which helps software developers practice the skills necessary for them to land their dream jobs. In 2019 Brandon was hired to grow their course enrollments through paid advertising, content marketing and search engine optimization. After a 3-month growth program Outco grew their program by 44% and regularly achieved a 3-5x ROAS (return on ad spend). The marketing strategy was so successful, Outco began to offer a second course track and was able to hire a team of five internal hires to manage ongoing marketing, sales and customer service.
